How to place an order?

You are welcome to select your desired products on the website, add them to the shopping cart, and pay online directly. After completing all the ordering procedures, you will receive our order confirmation email within about 10 minutes. Afterwards, colleagues from the customer service department will contact you via WhatsApp/email to follow up on the details of the order, such as verifying the content of the elegiac couplet.

At the same time, we welcome customers to contact us via WhatsApp or email to assist in placing orders.

Is online payment safe?

Online payment orders are completely secure.

We use Stripe as a payment platform to process all online credit card transactions to ensure your payment is secure. Stripe uses advanced security tools to maintain a high level of security. Additionally, Stripe has been rigorously audited by PCI-certified auditors and has received PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the most stringent certification standard in the payment industry.

Can I place an order and have it delivered today?

Normally, you need to place an order at least two days before the delivery date. We can sometimes process temporary orders or provide same-day delivery services under special circumstances.

Why do we need to order in advance instead of buying at the funeral home?

Ordering early allows you to compare quality and price, select the right products, and have enough time to prepare to ensure the quality of the flower cards and that they arrive on time.

All our products are freshly made according to order requirements every time. We refuse to recycle flowers for reuse, so the quality is guaranteed.

If you purchase on-site at the last minute, you may not be able to meet customer needs due to insufficient stock, and production and delivery take time. Ordering in advance can avoid these problems.

When will the flower cards arrive on site?

Except for a short stay (transit ceremony) for the ancestors in the morning or at noon, flower baskets usually arrive at the funeral hall between 4 and 5 pm.

The flower delivery time can also be earlier depending on the order requirements and venue cooperation. For example, some morning fasting ceremonies need to be delivered at 2:00 pm.

Can you arrange to send it to a destination other than a funeral home, such as a church/crematorium/hospital/outlying island?

Delivery service to outlying islands is not available at this time. If you need to deliver to other destinations other than funeral homes, please fill in the delivery address clearly when placing an order. We will make special arrangements and reply to confirm.

What would you do if you encounter a typhoon or black rainstorm warning?

If there is a typhoon warning number 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning, we will arrange flower delivery as usual as long as the funeral home continues to operate. There is a chance that the weather may affect the road traffic conditions. Our colleagues will follow up closely on the day and guests can rest assured.

Can I change the colour of the basket or specify the flowers?

For all changes or special requests, please contact us by WhatsApp or email first, as flowers may have different restrictions, such as seasonality, supply, price, etc. We will discuss with guests and provide feasible solutions to try our best to meet their needs.

How should the content of flower cards be written?

When filling in the order card information, if you encounter difficulties, you can try to fill in the relationship between the sender and the deceased (for example: the deceased is my father's uncle/mother's cousin/husband's younger brother/wife's sister-in-law). After receiving the information, we will contact the customer again and help fill in the appropriate upper and lower items and content.

If you order more than one flower card, we will contact you after receiving your order and provide you with a form to help you fill in the card contents for all senders.

When will the card payment and content be provided for us to check?

After receiving the order, we contact the customer and verify the name of the deceased, the delivery location, and the relationship between the sender and the deceased. The pattern will be prepared for the customer to check at least two days before delivery.

What should I do if I find that the content of the flower cards is wrong after arriving at the venue?

We will send the information to customers via WhatsApp/email within 9:00-15:00 two days before delivery. If any modification is found to the card content, please notify us before 13:00 one day before delivery at the latest. If no reply is received from the guest, it is assumed that the content is correct. We do not accept requests for last-minute changes.

If you find that the content of the flower cards is different from the final version, please contact us via WhatsApp during office hours. We will try our best to cooperate and make appropriate arrangements.

How many names can be placed on each flower?

There is no limit on the number of people who can send flowers. Flowers are usually sent on a family basis. For example, if a filial son is married, he or she can send a flower wreath together with his or her daughter-in-law and grandson-in-law; if a grandson/granddaughter is married, he or she should send a flower wreath together with his or her grandson-in-law/son-in-law.

If there are many flower senders, including many sons and daughters, you can consider writing "合家" (if it is a family) to avoid too many words on the flower card, because the more senders there are, the smaller the font size will be.

Can I enjoy payment terms if I order under my company name?

All our orders, including those from corporate clients, are confirmed by full payment.
