Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel order

Once the payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled. If you need to change the style or delivery information, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible.

Order modification

If customers want to change styles or delivery information after placing an order, we recommend that you contact our customer service team via WhatsApp (852) 69067578 to make these changes. However, since order preparation takes time, if your order is in preparation, for example, flowers have been ordered, we will not be able to make any changes to your order, please forgive me.

Any additional costs incurred due to changes in goods and shipping address at the customer's request shall be borne by the customer. If the value of the replacement item is less than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.

The Planet Flowers reserves the right to refuse customer requests to modify orders or exchange goods .

Returns and refunds

1. If the product you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to assist and we will ask the customer to provide photos so we can better understand the extent of the problem or damage.
   *Note that flowers are not dead and will respond to changes in the external environment. The Planet Flowers reserves the right to deny customer refund requests.
2. In the event of any refund, the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method, credit card, Paypal account or payment account.
