Delivery time

After receiving the order, we will contact the customer to verify the information and then contact the funeral home to confirm it is correct. Under normal circumstances, the flower cards will arrive at the mourning hall from 4 to 5 pm.

Delivery location

Free delivery locations include all funeral homes in Hong Kong. If you need to deliver to places other than the funeral home at a specified time, such as churches, crematoriums, hospitals, etc., we will communicate the delivery arrangements when contacting the customer. Because the company service fleet of the exclusive funeral home only arranges the designated routes to the funeral home, if it is delivered to non-funeral homes or other designated times, we need to find individual professional flower delivery drivers to coordinate the arrangements, so there may be additional costs, so please be aware.

Our services now cover Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Sorry, we do not provide delivery services to outlying islands at the moment.

Generally, funeral homes will clean all flower on their behalf, but some locations may have certain restrictions. For example, some churches will require guests to clean up all decorations, including flowers, by themselves. Guests renting a church should confirm with the church first. If you need us to provide flower sign recycling services, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing an order to discuss further arrangements and charges.
